The Bricks Pizzeria is happy to announce that we’re back open for dining in at half capacity. We are still accepting carryout orders as well through the link above. Click the button below for reservations or come on by to walk in. We ask that you wear your masks while walking in and walking around the restaurant, but they may be removed once seated. Children are not permitted to run around the restaurant and groups must stay with their own parties.
The Bricks Pizzeria
The Bricks is a wood-fired, Neapolitan style pizzeria nestled in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. We specialize in stone-milled whole grains, use natural fermentation processes and rely on the highest quality, farm-fresh ingredients. We are dedicated to using sustainable practices, providing a refined ambiance and attentive service to our community.
our food
We’re dedicated to simple, fresh and sustainable food. The Bricks menu features classic and inventive wood-fired pizzas, pasta extruded in-house from fresh-milled flour, crisp salads and a variety of goods from our farm, Fox Hollow, in Metamora.
We are a nut-free facility.
The Farm
All ingredients on our menu at The Bricks are grown on over 20 acres of our privately-owned, cooperative farm, Fox Hollow Farm, in Metamora, Michigan. We grow all of our own grains, produce and herbs. We raise live chickens, ducks and have active honey bee hives. All ingredients used by The Bricks come from this farm, or within 100 miles of our restaurant, making the restaurant locally-sourced and self-sustaining.
