What Are The Bricks Pizzeria Salads?
Our salads are the perfect companion to our wood-fired pizzas and house-made pastas. However, they’re delicious enough to stand on their own as well.
Each one of our salads is vibrant and flavorful, and we have options to suit every taste:
- Antipasto: Filled with classic Italian flavor, this salad has a base of harvest greens. Texture and flavor is added with salami, castelvetrano olives, peppadew peppers, artichoke, pepperoncini, and parmesan.
- Roasted Beet: A base of fresh arugula topped with roasted beets, seasonal vegetables, and farro. Hot honey, whipped goat cheese, and vinaigrette add additional flavor. The result is sweet, savory, and tangy.
- Caesar: A base of romaine lettuce is paired with tomato confit, house-made croutons, house-made Caesar dressing, and parmesan.

Fox Hollow Farm is a privately-owned, cooperative farm located in Metamora, Michigan. It uses organic, sustainable farming practices to grow produce, herbs, and grains.
The farm also has bees for honey, and chickens and ducks for eggs. Anything we can’t get from the Fox Hollow Farm, we source from local suppliers within 100 miles of our restaurant.
